She earned her B.A. in linguistics from Universitas Indonesia, her M.A. in English Language Teaching (ELT) from the University of Warwick, U.K. and her Ph.D. in ELT from La Trobe University, Australia. Her field of interests includes Language Assessment, English for Specific Purposes, English as a Medium of Instruction, English Language Teaching and Teacher Education,and she has facilitated various teacher training workshops on various ELT topics. She is now working on an EMI project funded by the British Council in collaboration with the ELTC University of Sheffield. She has been an active member of the Association of Teaching English as a Foreign Language in Indonesia (TEFLIN) since 2003.
